This document presents version 0. 4 of the LIN System, a seven-layer Human-AI-Physical Sovereign Governance Architecture grounded in Dynamical Structuralism. v0. 4 integrates the results of Path A (biophysical parameter anchoring from neuroscience literature) and Path B (ODE numerical simulation of the Physical Ground Layer). Key updates from v0. 3: (1) Cross-frequency coupling correction. The coupling equation has been corrected from same-frequency Kuramoto to cross-frequency Adler (m=7).
