Abstract *Major revision: added Beat‑Wave duality with 137 physical anchor, extended OP11 to include the percolation coupling hierarchy and Dirac Large Numbers resolution, introduced the 2D recording plane as the unity condition, added non‑isotopic trust as a structural bond, corrected the arithmetic error in pcpc, and clarified the three‑document structure (main technical thesis, English spread, Korean spread). All additions are tagged D/SC/F/O. The only remaining numerical blocker is OP4 (SI calibration of EE).*
