There is a growing need to incorporate a complete business approach that serves all main business functions. ERP program, which is intended to satisfy this requirement, has been commonly adopted by organizations in developing countries. Meanwhile, ERP is becoming more prevalent in many developing-country companies. According to our findings, ERP technology in developing countries faces additional challenges due to fiscal, cultural, and critical infrastructure issues. By comparing advanced and developing nations, this paper identifies a variety of concerns surrounding ERP investment. The paper drawn conclusions about good and bad practices of capital investment ERP on Financial Accounting in developing countries, so that company can considerate the use and implementation of ERP systems.
