As higher education students have become more diverse, institutions have sought innovative ways to accommodate them. Given the demand for business as a major, business schools, in particular, need to find ways to accommodate these learners. Distance learning, which offers access, flexibility, and scalability, has been a common approach. However, concerns over quality continue to be an issue.
