Experimental determination of the spectral index of a turbulent plasma from digitally computed power spectra

Digitally implemented power spectra techniques are used to determine the spectral index of the turbulent plasma while simultaneously verifying the existence of a linear relationship between k and ω which is necessary to compare theory and experiment.
