Profunda femoral arteriovenous fistula after percutaneous arterial and venous catheterization.

A case is described of a profunda femoral arteriovenousfistula which developed within 7 days of percutaneous catheterization of both femoral artery and vein, and which was successfully treated by surgery. Though this is a rare complication of the Seldinger technique, it is readily amenable to surgical cure.
