Environment research depends heavily on temperature analysis, and analysis techniques for such data are necessary to extract meaningful insights and for identifying trends. A large temperature dataset taken from six stations for the time 1981-2022 are analysed. The analysis techniques provided strong evidence that the datasets were not following a normal distribution. In addition, it was observed that the data of the northern regions were highly more significant than the data of southern regions. The plots for maximum and minimum temperatures show that the data have either one, two or three distinct peaks which indicate that the distributions are unimodal or multimodal.
