This note applies the COCM Route 3 analysis protocol of NT28 to the eROSITA-RU tidal disruption event sample of Zhang et al. (2026): 47 confirmed TDEs at z in 0. 05, 0. 8 in the eastern Galactic hemisphere. Using a Landy-Szalay cosine-kernel estimator with random catalogues matching the survey geometry, we obtain I = P (2kCOCM) /P (kCOCM) = 1. 125 and eI = (I/1910) ^ (1/4. 86) = 0. 217 (point estimate only). However, P (kCOCM) 0) remains Ab (Abierto). The analysis establishes the Landy-Szalay protocol for TDE tracers and confirms that the full DR1 cluster catalogue of NT28 (12, 247 sources) is the correct path to a significant I measurement.
