This paper proposes an original number-theoretic system and defines core concepts including Number Camp Points, Rigid Framework, Prime Camp Points, and the 55-Prime Rigid Structure. Based on a fixed set of 55 global datum points, this work follows the numerical rule of 55 total points, 49 in application, and 1 reserved as redundancy and conducts quantitative analysis incorporating the central axis sequence 1, 5, 11, symmetry-breaking distribution in two sub-bicones, and six outer wrapping points. Without relying on auxiliary methods from previous studies, this paper completes an independent proof using a purely number-theoretic approach. It is rigorously demonstrated that the generatrix angle of the 11-dimensional coaxial bicone must be precisely 45° to form a fully interlocked, stable 55-Prime Rigid Structure. Any deviation from 45° will induce composite symmetry, structural reducibility, symmetry collapse, and eventual loss of rigidity. As an independent rigorous reinforcement of the core conclusions established in PFUSRC-00, this paper also establishes a universal number-theoretic principle applicable to all dynamic topological systems.
