This paper diagnoses a structural pathology in contemporary civilization: the use of benchmark price as the sole arbiter of human value, truth, and social hierarchy. Three interlocking mechanisms — imitation, amnesia, and inverted accountability — are identified as drivers of civilizational collapse. Drawing on Tendo Economics (天道経済学) and the V=N/D framework, this paper proposes not the destruction of this system, but the planting of an alternative axis of value measurement. In the tradition of Hirokichi Hiroi's moral philosophy ('Do not break the evil — plant the sincerity'), a structural prescription is offered: the V=N/D measurement framework, the Hikari currency implementation, and the DOI chain as permanent memory against amnesia.
