This article focuses on the model predictive control (MPC) problem for a cyber–physical system (CPS) modeled as interval type-2 Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy model against multichannel jamming attacks. First, a jammer's power allocation strategy is proposed to solve the multichannel optimal attack problem by degrading signal-interference-plus-noise ratios. Then, different from most of the existing results, the packets dropout is considered under the comprehensive influence of jamming attacks and network-induced factors, which makes the network communication environment more general. Moreover, a novel algorithm to calculate the packet dropout rate is presented with the help of the classical probability space technology. Next, an offline observer is designed to estimate system states, which can reduce online calculations. An online fuzzy MPC algorithm is constructed to optimize the controller gains and stabilize the CPS. By refreshing the bound of the estimation error, the recursive feasibility is guaranteed. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results.
