Theory and clinical experiences related to the older adult were integrated into an upper division baccalaureate nursing program. The evaluation design was pre-test, post-test, repeated measures utilizing the Kogan Attitude Toward Old People Scale and a modified Wilensky-Barmack Work Preference Questionnaire.
