Primary aldosteronism. The etiologic spectrum of disorders and their clinical differentiation

Primary aldosteronism comprises various disorders. These must be defined and distinguished, with separation into subtypes, to ensure accurate diagnosis. Newer techniques for the localization of adrenal abnormalities in this disorder are also reviewed. (Arch Intern Med1982;142:813-815)
