The Bare-Backbone Workflow (BBW) is a practitioner-built framework methodology for translating strategic decisions into operational foundations before execution begins. Developed through professional practice and formalised through academic engagement, BBW operates across three dimensions: the Bare Backbone, the Integration-Architecture Layer, and the Elaboration Layer. This working paper presents the complete methodology including its conceptual foundation, architecture, implementation logic, transferability across domains, and common failure patterns it structurally addresses.
