This document presents the Human Language Loop as a human-centered interaction layer within the AXIOMERA — NOERION System. The document explains how meaningful human intention may exist before formal institutional language is available, and how AI interaction can support meaning reconstruction under imperfect communication conditions. The Human Language Loop emerged from practical human-AI interaction where fragmented, multilingual, emotionally compressed, or non-institutional human expression was gradually transformed into clearer operational structure. Its core principle is Human Language First: Meaning → Task → Answer. The purpose of this layer is not grammar correction, translation, or stylistic improvement. Its purpose is to reduce unnecessary semantic friction between human intention and AI interaction, while preserving human verification, accessibility, and final human authority. This document is part of the AXIOMERA — NOERION System publication continuity architecture.
