This repository contains the Python computational workflow used for the entropy-based thermodynamic and information-theoretic analysis of embryo culture media compositions. The workflow includes: Shannon entropy calculations Pielou’s evenness normalization Monte Carlo simulations Sensitivity analysis Statistical testing (Kruskal–Wallis and Mann–Whitney) Automated figure generation Export of analysis outputs to Excel The analysis utilizes a previously published dataset describing estimated biochemical compositions of commercially available embryo culture media.
