Weak Solutions of an Initial Boundary Value Problem for an Incompressible Viscous Fluid with Nonnegative Density

The initial boundary value problem associated with the motion of an incompressible viscous fluid with variable density is studied. The lower bound of density is allowed to be zero and the local existence of a weak solution is established.
