The Gauss2F1(1)-summation theorem and harmonic number identities

By means of Gauss's 2 F 1(1)-summation theorem, we establish a general formula involving binomial coefficients, Bell polynomials of harmonic numbers as well as the Riemann zeta series. Several interesting finite and infinite series identities are illustrated as examples.
