Addressing Language Concerns in the Schools: The SLP as Consultant

An alternative service delivery model is proposed which enables the speech-language pathologist to address a wider range of language concerns in the public schools. This consultative model is described in terms of the structure needed to ensure its effectiveness and the procedures which might be used to ensure successful implementation.
