Although television is a potentially rich source of examples of management and organizational behavior concepts, relatively few academics have advocated the use of this medium in the classroom. This article promotes the use of television as a tool for both teaching and testing in undergraduate organizational behavior courses by providing specific examples of how themes and characters from a variety of television shows can be used as the bases for creating both class exercises and examquestions. The arti cle concludes with a set of guidelines for instructors who want to incorporate television in their future teaching methods.
