The Marfan Syndrome, with Special Reference to Congenital Enlargement of the Spinal Canal

The literature on the Marfan syndrome is reviewed and four new cases which show congenital enlargement of the spinal canal are presented. Differentiation from other causes of spinal canal enlargement is easy, because of the presence of other stigmata of the syndrome and absence of neurological abnormalities.
