The article tackles the relevant problems of developing bachelor students’ intercultural competence while teaching foreign-language business communication in a mixed form. The authors identify the basic structural components of the concept “intercultural competence”, reveal the didactic potential of web-technologies and offer possible ways to apply them. A model to form higher school students’ intercultural competence is suggested. The proposed methodology was introduced into practice.
