Resumen

Abstract A new HPLC method for cyclo‐oligoamides 6 and 66 separation is proposed. Using an RP 8 column and an H 2 O/CF 3 CH 2 OH mixtures, all cyclic amides up to the decamer were separated and quantitative results were obtained using an internal standard.
