The article is based on UNESCO’s educational classification framework and CDIO teaching model (proposed by MIT and some Nordic universities) to study theoretically demands for working skills at multinational corporate and technology environments, and at the same time, the set of soft skills that need to be equipped by learners before joining the working life in the industrial age 4.0 is synthesized based on the experts’ assessment and analysis. Since then, the integration of soft skills training in university teaching process has been developed, as well as proposed solutions for applying this integrated method.
