Generalized Hypergeometric Functions and Exact Distributions of Test Statistics

SYNOPTIC ABSTRACTIn this review article, an attempt has been made to give an up-to-date survey of the work done on the applications of generalized hypergeometric functions (especially G, H and R functions) to the exact distributions of test statistics. No attempt has been made to include details on the work connected with zonal polynomials, characteristic roots or asymptotic distributions.
