Stability and Control of Stochastic Systems with Wide-band Noise Disturbances. I

For dynamical systems with external influences which are approximately white noise (wide-band noise), we show that stability and other properties of the white noise problem that depend on the infinite time interval, continue to hold away from white noise but not far from it.
