Two complementary expert systems, LEVEL5 Object and LECGO, were developed for the complex analysis of 12-lead electrocardiograms using object-oriented programming techniques.
The development of twin expert systems using object-oriented programming offers complementary advantages for the automated analysis and processing of 12-lead ECGs.
Two expert systems were developed for the complex analysis of electrocardiograms using object-oriented programming techniques. This solution made it possible to more accurately reflect the cardiologists' decision-making methods. The two systems are complementary to each other: LEVEL5 Object is much more user-friendly and better in the validation process, while the LECGO computer system, which serves for data acquisition, is more effective and faster in computer processing. A database of 1400 ECG recordings with their clinical data is used for the further development of the automated ECG program, and for teaching.>
Nieberl et al. (Mon,) conducted a other in Electrocardiogram analysis (n=1,400). Twin expert systems (LEVEL5 Object and LECGO) was evaluated on Development of expert systems for ECG analysis. Two complementary expert systems, LEVEL5 Object and LECGO, were developed for the complex analysis of 12-lead electrocardiograms using object-oriented programming techniques.
