This article analyzes the role and significance of pedagogical artistry in the development of transversal competencies among future teachers. Pedagogical artistry is considered an important factor that contributes to the development of such transversal competencies as communication skills, creativity, emotional intelligence, leadership, and the ability to effectively solve problematic situations in professional teaching activities. The article also highlights effective methods for developing pedagogical artistry and explores opportunities for fostering it within higher education institutions.
