Abstract Introduction The minijupette technique represents a surgical option for the combined management of erectile dysfunction and post-prostatectomy climacturia. This procedure involves placing a suburethral sling (minijupette or “miniskirt”) fixed to the medial edge of the corporotomies performed for penile prosthesis cylinder implantation, aiming to provide dynamic and occlusive urethral support when the prosthesis is activated. In this way, not only is erectile function restored, but there is also a significant improvement in orgasm-associated continence. Objective The objective is to present, through a step by step poster, the operative technique, highlighting the key surgical points and expected functional outcomes. Methods We present the case of a male patient with a history of radical prostatectomy who presented with refractory erectile dysfunction and persistent climacturia. A Titan® (Coloplast) hydraulic penile prosthesis was implanted together with a bovine pericardium biological graft configured as a suburethral sling (“miniskirt”). Results The procedure was completed without intraoperative or immediate postoperative complications. The patient achieved satisfactory functional recovery, with restoration of erectile function and a marked disappearance of climacturia episodes. A notable improvement in quality of life and sexual satisfaction was reported, with no sling-related adverse events observed either in the short or long term. Conclusions The minijupette technique represents a safe and effective surgical option that allows comprehensive treatment of erectile dysfunction and post-prostatectomy climacturia in a single procedure.
