NGIFT (Non-local Gradient Informational Field Theory) proposes that reality consists of two layers: a global, instantaneous informational layer (the Matrix) and a local, delayed material layer (the reaction runtime). Matter, time, gravity, geometry, entanglement and motion emerge as secondary effects of compensating two deviations: thematerial deviation AM and the geometric deviation AG. The theory unifies galacticdynamics without dark matter, atomic quantization as a resolution effect of the Matrix, gravitational lensing as informational refraction, and entanglement as deviation synchronization. NGIFT provides a coherent, testable ontology in which classical physicsis a projection of a deeper informational structure.
