Abstract Background: Healthcare providers in Saudi Arabia often neglect their personal health due to high occupational stress and cultural barriers. This study evaluates the Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) among providers in Riyadh and identifies factors influencing their well-being. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 122 healthcare providers using the validated Arabic and English short form health survey (SF-36) between January and March 2025. Data were analyzed using SPSS v28, employing Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests for normality and Mann-Whitney U tests for group comparisons. Results: Males scored significantly higher in social functioning and emotional well-being ( P < 0.05). Physical functioning significantly decreased with age (p = 0.009). Conclusion: Demographic factors significantly impact HRQoL. Targeted institutional wellness initiatives are essential to support the healthcare workforce.
