Resumen

Enforcement Release — a narrowly scoped follow-up to v9. 1. 0 addressing enforcement and integration (no new theorems). Where v9. 1. 0 fixed intellectual honesty, v9. 1. 1 fixes how the integrity guarantees are enforced. Build configuration repaired. The CI Lean build had been failing at lake build: the P5/P7 library globs used slash paths and the package used an outdated package schema, both rejected by Lake on the pinned leanprover/lean4: v4. 28. 0. Corrected to dot-separated module globs and the top-level name + leanOptions form. The build now runs. P5 and P7 are now under every integrity gate. Previously the hygiene and vacuity gates scanned only root-level modules, so the five P5SLSPT and three P7PlasmaNFix modules escaped the audit. A new canonical SPINEMANIFEST. txt is the single source of truth driving the hygiene linter, the vacuity linter, and the axiom audit across all 23 default-target modules (P9 remains quarantined). CI claims calibrated. The textual integrity gates (no sorry/admit, no homemade axioms, no vacuous proofs, integrity-docs presence) are blocking. The full Lean build and axiom audit are provisional (continue-on-error) until validated on GitHub Actions, after which they are made blocking. Note: the canon currently aggregates modules verified under different Lean toolchains (4. 24 and 4. 28), so a single-toolchain aggregate build requires porting the older modules; per-module Aristotle verification stands. Documentation accuracy. BridgeMissionFeasibility is described as a self-contained mission-feasibility analogue motivated by P0/P1/P3/P4 (it imports only Mathlib), not a cross-canon bridge. The citation title is “Lean-Checked Conditional Mathematics for the Intelligence Bound. ” The status taxonomy now uses two fields — formal status and interpretive status — so a result can be mathematically derived yet interpretively an empirical hypothesis.
