CDN-366 locks and executes a falsifiable Fornax dSph Jeans dispersion test for the GCFT interpolation law ν (x) =1+1/ (exp (sqrt (x) ) -1), with x=gbar/a0 and a0=1. 2e-10 m/s². Using public Walker et al. Fornax stellar velocities and McConnachie structural parameters, this release builds a binned line-of-sight dispersion profile and compares Newtonian baryons, simple MOND, and locked GCFT under a matched spherical Plummer Jeans setup. The artifact includes source data, model grid results, residuals, χ² tables, figures, prediction hash, and validation notes.
