Pre-Construct Archaeology Ltd was appointed by Nouveau Architecture (the Agent) on behalf of Mr The 17th October 2024 and the 11th March 2025, coinciding with the excavation of the foundation and associated soakaway of the respective extension. No significant archaeological features or artefacts were uncovered during the excavations carried out at Cold Harbour Farm, Wickham. It is concluded that these works were achieved without impact on significant archaeological remains.
