This presentation provides a brief overview of the infrastructure for Diamond Open Access (OA) publishing in Latin America, focusing on existing solutions and services within non-for-profit publishing ecosystems. It highlights major regional infrastructures like Redalyc and SciELO, which provide integrated technical, editorial, and operational services to ensure research remains a public good. This presentation can be shared and adapted for training and strategic planning regarding open-access publishing infrastructure. It could also serve as a resource for supporting policy advocacy.
