One axiom. One operation. Zero free parameters. The Standard Model carries ~26 free parameters and treats them as 26 independent dials. This paper proves they are neither independent nor free. Every constant in the theory is a product of a tiny set of generators — in the end just the One, the fold base 2, and the colour count 3 (and 3 is itself the first orbit of the fold). The covering depths ddown = 5 and dᵤp = 7 are counts derived from 3. The fine-structure constant, lepton and quark invariants, the dark-to-baryon ratio, and the absolute scale are all forced functions of these generators, and most SHARE generators, so they cannot move independently. The lock is proven by perturbation: nudge the colour count off 3 and unrelated constants in different sectors move together in lockstep. There are not 26 dials — there is one object with no dials, the One and the fold, projected into every sector. Machine-checked; reproduces from one command.
