The SEAstainable Kitchen Recipe Book is an educational resource developed within the Horizon Europe SEA2SEE project to promote sustainable seafood consumption. Featuring recipes prepared with seafood sourced from European waters or responsibly farmed within the European Union, the book combines gastronomy with practical information on seafood traceability, sustainability, nutrition, and responsible purchasing. It aims to help consumers make informed seafood choices while celebrating Europe's rich culinary and maritime heritage. I It was co-created with all partners within WP2 - Consumers' Engagement (WWF Portugal, Ethic Ocean, SEAentia, NAYS, CCMAR, TILKAL, Landing Aquaculture and SUBMON) and led by the team at Ethic Ocean. The publication has been translated into five languages (ENG, ESP, GR, PT and FR), all of them available to download. Check them out in the SEA2SEE website.
