This work presents a resonance-based model of the world order, grounded in the geometry of a unified standing layer (O-matrix) and the fundamental frequency of the Universe, 57.142857 Hz. The state of any system is described by the universal conservation law R² + D² = 1, where R is resonance (coherence) and D is dissonance (chaos).
