R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) LXXIV: Fixed-point Geometry of 028 and Stability of the Information-saturated Universe

This volume analyzes the fixed-point geometry of the 028 layer in R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT), where the global information budget Itot saturates and the R-layer geometry freezes into an asymptotic configuration. Building on the late-time completion developed in Volume LXXIII, we construct an effective potential for the asymptotic tension field and warp factor, classify possible 028 geometries, and derive both linear and nonlinear stability criteria. The analysis reveals that stable 028 fixed points exist for a broad class of R-layer actions, but multiple endpoints and metastable configurations may also arise. This leads to a dynamical landscape of saturated states, suggesting that the late-time fate of the Universe is not unique but selected through attractor dynamics. These results form the foundation for Volumes LXXV and LXXVI, which explore nonperturbative transitions and phases beyond the R-layer description.
