This study proposes the Dark Matter Energy (DME) Theory as an alternative framework to conventional cosmology. According to the theory, dark matter is not a passive mass in space, but a fluid primordial energy identical to time itself, which directly dictates the 11-dimensional system proposed by String Theory. The expansion of the universe leads to a continuous drop in the spatial density of this constant energy, causing macroscopic temporal stretching and microscopic biological aging. Black hole dynamics, cosmic expansion, and human lifespan variability are reinterpreted through this unified physical and dimensional model.
