TLMM v7.1 (Topological Latent Manifold Model v7.1) advances the Amyloid–Blood Flow (ABF) causal framework from the theoretical architecture introduced in TLMM v7.0 toward a harmonized, empirically oriented validation framework. The underlying causal cascade Amyloid-β → Tau → Neuroinflammation → Network Dysfunction → Viability Risk Index remains unchanged from v7.0. Instead, this release focuses on comprehensive methodological validation and terminology harmonization. Major contributions include: Harmonized definitions of ND (Network Dysfunction) and VRI (Viability Risk Index) across the entire manuscript and figure series. Extension of the falsifiability framework from C1–C9 to C1–C12, introducing: C10: Causal Structure Reproducibility C11: Cross-Scale Consistency C12: Federated Consistency Unified five-dimensional biological latent space aligned directly with the ABF causal cascade. Multi-dimensional validation framework covering: causal structure learning, falsifiability, multi-scale validation, cross-cohort validation, temporal dynamics, federated validation, integrated evidence synthesis.
