This updated Version 4 establishes the empirical validation of the 5D Bulk-Brane Entanglement model against high-redshift galaxy mass observations from the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST). We demonstrate that the non-local dark radiation term derived from the 5D Weyl tensor successfully resolves the severe early galaxy mass-deficit anomaly encountered by the standard ΛCDM model at z > 10.
