GUH v2 — a synthesis and correction; supersedes v1 (Zenodo 18284647). This version is a synthesis, not a contribution. It maps the established program of extending holographic reasoning to cosmological (flat / de Sitter) spacetimes, states plainly where the field already stands, and withdraws the over-attributions of GUH v1. No new technical result is claimed. Retractions from v1: (R1) the Bekenstein–Hawking bound S ≤ A/4lP² is ~50-year-old established physics, not an ARG "core premise"; (R2) "holography beyond AdS" and SdS = 3π/GΛ belong to Bousso (1999), Gibbons–Hawking (1977) and Strominger (2001) — all uncited in v1; (R3) the "observational signatures" were underived and non-falsifiable (McFadden–Skenderis 2010 give the actual CMB numbers) ; (R4) marketing language ("framework", "Singularity age") withdrawn. The single honestly-open frontier named here is a quantum-information derivation of dynamic de Sitter gravity. Any future v3 must contain a derived prediction (with a number and a falsification threshold) or a formalized mechanism to leave the synthesis register. Prepared under the author's direction with an autonomous multi-model research fleet; the AI systems are computational/reasoning tools, not authors of record.
