This study evaluates the seismic performance of a G+14 multi-storey reinforced concrete (RC) building utilizing ETABS software, focusing on how different bracing configurations mitigate lateral loads. Driven by rapid urbanization and the consequent rise in vertical construction, high-rise structures face heightened vulnerability to seismic and wind forces. To address this, this research investigates the structural response of an RC frame with and without seismic bracings. By evaluating and comparing key structural parameters including maximum story displacement, story drift, lateral stiffness, as well as story and base shear—this paper quantifies the structural efficiency and stability enhancements offered by various bracing systems.
