Abstract

Frame's Relativity and Nature (FR&N V1.0) This work proposes a foundational axiomatic framework called Frame's Relativity and Nature (FR&N). The framework introduces the concepts of Frame (F), Background (B), Reality (Ω), Uncertainty (U), and Unpredictability (U′) as fundamental elements for describing the relationship between observation, reality, and natural systems. The theory argues that reality is not perceived independently of a frame of reference, but is determined through the interaction between frame and background. Based on this approach, the relation Ω = Φ(F) is proposed, expressing reality as a function of frame. The framework further introduces an uncertainty matrix and a set of natural-system equations intended to describe the interaction between frame, uncertainty, and reality. This manuscript presents the original axioms, derivations, conceptual structure, and mathematical expressions of the FR&N framework. The work is released as Version 1.0 for public record, discussion, examination, and future development.
