Abstract

Mesostructured conjugated polymer/silica nanocomposites have been synthesized via surfactant‐directed assembly of monomeric materials in silica followed by polymerization. This novel approach provides a general route for the synthesis of mesostructured conjugated polymer/inorganic nanocomposites. The Figure shows transmission electron microscopy images of the nanocomposite cubic mesostructure viewed from the 111 direction.
