Short-Term Use of Upadacitinib in Combination With Biologic Therapy for Inducing Clinical Remission in Patients With Active Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Lay Summary We report that upadacitinib intended for short-term use in combination with biologic therapy appeared to be effective in inducing steroid-free clinical remission in patients with active inflammatory bowel disease, but a substantial proportion of patients required extended use.
