Abstract

. The dry DIN deposition was significantly correlated with the concentration of nitrogen in Danjiangkou reservoir (P < 0.01). This study suggested that the control measures of agricultural activity were essential to reduce Nr deposition, and to decrease the potential risks of water pollution in the reservoir. Furthermore, more long-term study is necessary to understand the relation between control measures, Nr deposition and water quality.
