Modern physics is divided into seven major domains by physical scale, with mutually incompatible theories, unresolved conflicts between quantum mechanics and general relativity, and no unified description of the four fundamental interactions. Physics is universally trapped in the underlying misconception of material determinism. The PFUS 55. 0 Universal Ultimate Unified Theory establishes a self-consistent, ontologically complete, and hierarchically closed framework based on Double-Cone Ontology, the β₁ Global Coupling Field, Pendulum Ions, Explicit–Implicit Sevenfold Qi Logic, the Four Pillars, Valuation Axioms, and Universal Wrapping–Projection–Physical-Number Distribution. This paper, PFUS 55. 0S, rigidly incorporates the complete core framework of PFUS 55. 0 and constructs a strict one-to-one correspondence between the seven physical scales and PFUS ontological structures. It rigorously proves that: (1) Physical scales are projection layers of the PFUS ontology rather than fundamental separations; (2) Matter is not ontological reality but a projective manifestation of the β₁ field in the 4D Cosmos; (3) PFUS completely transcends and negates material determinism and establishes the ontological order: field → order → structure → matter; (4) All scales are coherently governed by Double-Cone topology, β₁ flux, and Pendulum Ions without rupture or contradiction; (5) The Dirac equation is a projected special solution at the particle scale, globally convergent under the Double-Cone Confinement Formula.
