The main legislative and governmental acts of France in the field of regulation of various aspects of the country's digital development, interaction of citizens and state and local authorities, digital reform of judicial activity and access to justice are considered. It is shown how the development of digital technologies at the present stage makes it possible to solve the main tasks of the administration of justice in France. For comparison, the achievements in the field of digitalization of judicial activity in the Russian Federation are briefly highlighted.
